Liability Waiver:
Student, or student's parents or legal guardian, understands and agrees that in participating in any dance class there is always a possibility of physical injury. Student, or student's parent or legal guardian agrees, therefore, to assume all risks of any such injury, which might occur during all classes. And student, or student's parent or legal guardian also exempts, releases, and indemnifies The South Asian Performing Arts Network and Institute ("The SAPAN Institute") and all of it's corresponding rental properties (Flashpoint – Coors Dance Studio and Arlington Center for Dance Company), its owners, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, and faculty members from any and all liability claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever from any damage, loss, or injury to student's personal property which may arise out of or in connection with participation in any classes or other activities conducted by The SAPAN Institute. The SAPAN Institute and its instructors are not liable for any injuries sustained while in class or on the class premises. Please notify your instructor(s) if you have any concerns about physical injury or illness. Always work at your own pace.
